Want more BDSM in text games? Act now!

Not sure how many folks are still checking in on this blog, but if you are I assume you are interested in seeing more BDSM (and probably more player-as-submissive) content in games like CoC. If so, there is an opportunity to encourage several game makers to add more of it to their games.

Alder, who is currently developing a CoC like game called Fall of Eden, just posted a link to a survey over on Fenoxo’s blog that he and Fenoxo will consider as they develop their new projects. So, if like myself you think it would be kind of cool if TiTS had space pirates that captured you and turned you into their space sex slaves (or something even more depraved!) head on over and let them know. 😀

Good news and bad news

Good news first! The talented AF took a commission to draw a scene from my mod. Enjoy!

Now the bad news: as is probably fairly obvious at this point, the project is on a bit of a hiatus. Apologies to the folks who were excited for more content, but the time I had for writing last summer, fall, and winter just isn’t there right now.

My hellacious month of work in February tossed all the pieces of my life up in the air, and when they landed they rearranged in a way that was actually quite great for me. My new schedule and altered commute provides more time to spend with my wife, my friends, and engaging in other social activities, and after working myself nearly to the point of exhaustion, I suddenly had a reinvigorated interest in taking care of myself physically, and started running again. But of course, all that means there are no more hours sitting with the laptop on a bus, and a lot fewer afternoons, evenings, and weekends puttering around the house alone with nothing to do but play video games or write porn, and so, well, the momentum I had built over six months or so on the porn writing front is pretty much gone for now.

Please note, though, that this isn’t me saying the project is dead — after all, none of that means the crazy, disgusting fantasies aren’t still banging around inside my head — but I won’t be writing anything myself anytime at least for the next few months. That said, coding is much faster, much easier, and doesn’t require the momentum that writing does (for me, at least), and should writing that matches the tone and style of the mod fall into my lap, I certainly will code it up and compile it into a build for folks to enjoy (being on hiatus won’t make me any less picky, though — see the bug reports and contributions page for more on that 😛 ).

Anyway, that’s where things stand for now. Thanks again for all the kind words and encouragement, and best wishes until I have time to return to the world of porn writing.

(P.S.: You all donated to Fenoxo’s TiTS project, right? Fucking nuts and awesome how much support he pulled in. Here’s hoping there might be a planet of nasty, cruel slavers to take us captive and make us do dirty things for them, eh? 😀 )
